Brief introduction

(1)       Deviation degree

When the label is attached to the packaging container, the deviation of the centerline of the label from its theoretical position is within the specified range, which is called the positive mark. If there are multiple labels on the same packaging container, the deviation between each label and the theoretical position should be calculated according to the above definition, which should be within the specified range.

(2)       Labeling rate

The percentage of the number of packaging containers labeled according to the labeling machine (single label or multiple labels) to the total number of packaging containers inspected.

(3)       Standard loss rate

In the labeling process, the percentage of the number of labels damaged by the labeling machine to the total number of labels consumed by the inspected packaging container.

(4)       Positive calibration rate

Among the inspected packaging containers, the percentage of the number of standard packaging containers to the total number of inspected packaging containers.
