Process operation method

(1)       Press the "ON" button, the power indicator and "COOLER" light up, and the warning light flashes.

(2)       Press the "START" button, the alarm lights will go out, the "Start" indicator will be on, and the preset power will be set.

(3)       Turn on the power supply of the conveyor belt, run the conveyor belt, and adjust the speed knob to the appropriate position.

(4)       Push into the container to be sealed and start normal operation.

(5)       In case of overcurrent during operation, the "FAULT" light on the control panel lights up and the warning light flashes. At this time, press the "RESET" button, and then press the "START" button again after the overcurrent light goes out.

(6)       When the work is finished, press the "STOP" key, and the capping machine will return to the 1 state.

(7)       Press the "OFF" key to shut down the capping machine and exit the standby state.

Cleaning

Regularly clean the machine surface, bottom plate, lower mold slide plate, groove, upper mold inner pressing plate and positioning rod (Note: the power supply must be turned off and the normal temperature restored).
