(1)      Adjust

When adjusting the bottle inlet and outlet star wheel and the bottle inlet screw rod, the bottle pressing head attached to the labeling machine shall prevail. Firstly, adjust the bottle feeding star wheel, and when the bottle pressing head just overtakes the bottle, adjust the bottle feeding star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the star wheel;

Adjustment of bottle feeding screw rod: The bottle feeding star wheel shall prevail. When the bottle is located in the middle of the groove of the bottle feeding star wheel, adjust the screw rod so that the bottle feeding side of the screw rod is close to the bottle without displacement.

Adjustment of the star wheel for bottle discharge: When the bottle pressing head is just lifted, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the star wheel.

(2)      Label box

The center line of the label box, the center axis of the label station is tangent to the label paper, and the center axis of the label board is aligned at three points. Adjust the tangent (0 distance) between the label board and the label paper, and then move the label box closer to 1mm～2mm.

The gap between the label paper in the label box and the layering on both sides should be 0.8mm-1mm Too big a gap will cause the label paper to shift in the label box, resulting in oblique label. Too small a gap will cause poor label pushing;

Adjustment of the position of the marking hook of the marking box: if the upper, lower, left and right marking hooks are on the same vertical plane and are evenly labored on the marking paper, the marking can be successfully carried out;

Adjustment of the label supply roller: when there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the front end of the label box, and when the label is installed, the label near the hook finger of the label cannot be crushed.
