Operation principle of carton package machine

(1)      Container inlet: On the platform of the inlet conveyor belt, cylindrical containers are divided into multiple lanes by partition plates and pneumatic vibration rails, while single-lane containers with special shapes are divided into multiple lanes by lane gates.

(2)      Container separator: The container separator is driven by two servo motor drivers to gently and evenly separate containers. In order to handle unstable containers, such as five-claw PET bottles, a transition bottle path can be used between conveyor chains. After the containers are grouped, they are pushed out by the push rod.

(3)      Cardboard inlet: Cardboards are neatly stacked on the roller conveyor belt, and then automatically guided into the lifting cardboard storage located below the container inlet. The vacuum claw extracts the uppermost cardboard from the lifting storage and horizontally places it on the cardboard inlet.

(4)      Package forming device: The cardboard is transported under the container group, and the two ends are folded by mechanical device. The side of the cover is folded in by the rotary sealer, coated with hot sol by the nozzle, and stuck to the bottom cover. The circulation chain presses the bottom cover and takes the package through the wrapping machine. Then, the top cover is folded down and glued on the sealing edge.

(5)      Finally, the sealing chain closes the top cover from above. Because the package runs longitudinally, and the bottom has been glued stably at this time, the top cover can be glued very accurately.
