The function of the bottle unscrambler machine is to sort out the disorderly stacked beverage bottles, arrange them on the conveyor belt in order and direction, and transfer them to other machines for the next process (such as filling, labeling, packing, etc.) with high speed and high efficiency, so as to improve the production efficiency of the whole production line.
(1) Barycenter bottle unscrambler machine:
In the finishing process, the characteristics of bottle center of gravity division are utilized. If the bottle is forward, the center of gravity will be close to the lower part of the bottle, so that the bottle will not change its arrangement. If the bottle is backward, the center of gravity will be at the upper part of the bottle, and the center of gravity of the bottle will be unstable. Then, the bottle will be reversed in the baffle, thus reaching the upward requirement.
However, the disadvantages are obvious. Most of the beverage bottles are plastic bottles, and their weight changes little, so this function can't meet the requirements in actual operation. This function is suitable for being used in the glass bottle sorting machine with heavy weight.
(2) Water floating type with baffle:
In the conveying stage, the bottle is conveyed to the finishing stage by using the buoyancy principle of water. In the finishing stage, the baffle A is used to make the bottle output forward. There is a rectangular space on the baffle which is suitable for the bottle mouth. When the bottle mouth comes over, the bottle mouth will enter the rectangular space, so that the bottle bottom goes down first, then the bottle mouth goes down again, and the bottle will output positively. When the bottle bottom comes over, the baffle doesn't work, and the bottle will output positively.
There are two disadvantages in the structural design of the bottle unscrambler machine: first, during the floating process, the bottle will enter water, and unnecessary steps will be added in the later filling stage. Second, in the finishing stage, the efficiency is very low, and it is not suitable for fully automated production lines. This scheme is suitable for large glass bottle drinks used in beer industry.
(3) Friction type:
In the finishing stage, the friction of the belt is used to convey the bottle, and in the finishing stage, the friction is used to adjust the bottle. Compared with the above two schemes, the biggest advantage of this scheme is that it has the highest efficiency and there are no other unnecessary processes, such as the cleaning stage.
The structural design of the bottle unscrambler machine mainly uses the friction force of the belt to make the bottle turn over at high speed, and it achieves high efficiency and improves the processing efficiency.
(4) Centrifugal bottle unscrambler machine:
The basic principle is to use the centrifugal force of the disc to make the bottle close to the outside of the ring, and then use the characteristics of different widths of the bottle bottom and the bottle mouth to turn the bottle mouth down. The disadvantage is that the finishing speed is limited and it is not suitable for large waterlines.
The function of this machine is to manually add the materials into the storage bottle library for storage. The materials in the storage bottle library will be automatically quantified and fed to the turntable at a set speed. The turntable rotates at a high speed to supply the bottles as required, and the paddle wheel removes the irregular bottles. The bottle separating part sends the bottles supplied by the turntable to the bottle unscramble part at a certain speed. The bottle unscramble part clamps the bottles by the conveyor belts on both sides and conveys them to the working face of the conveyor, and at the same time, the bottles are sorted out by the bottle turnover device. The electronic control system carries out real-time monitoring and feedback through the sensors of each part, and it is an indispensable machine for high-speed production to realize full-automatic operation.
