Machine Description ：
This automatic inline capping machine has four speed-adjustable motors which separately used in lid-arranging, bottle-clamping, lid-capping and conveying and the machine use bottle-clamping belt to ensure the bottles not fall down when lid sleeving and capping, this capping machine has simple structure, good steadiness, adjust convenient, no need to change spare parts, only need some adjustment. Suits for the round shape,rectangular flat shaped and irregular shape bottle capping for foodstuff,pharmacy,cosmetic,daily chemical,fertilizer and chemical industry.
The capping machine automatically seals screw caps and consists of three parts: cap feeding, loading, and closing systems. It has a linear structure that can accommodate different bottle sizes without changing parts.
The cap feeding system is customized based on cap samples, using either a vibrating bowl or cap elevator. It can also close pump and trigger caps manually. The machine offers the option of a PLC control system and touch screen.
It is easy to operate and widely used in industries such as food, pharmacy, cosmetics, daily chemicals, fertilizers, and chemicals. The machine ensures that caps do not fall without bottles.
The sorter selections machine, conveyor machine, cap tightening machine, and bottle clamping strap can be adjusted to meet the requirements of various bottles and caps.
