1. Have good physical condition and without bad habits ;

2. He who has been working in hardware and machine plant or in similar post for over two years is preferred;

3. Being hard-working and careful and conscientious in work;

4. He who has a good understanding of machine drawing is preferred;

5. Have related knowledge as a bench worker or graduated from technical school, capable of understanding drawings and intend to be a mechanical technician. He who has no work experience can work from the very beginning;

6. Salary negotiable.
