How does oil filling machine work?

(1)      The upper part of the oil injection pump is an air pump. Compressed air enters the air distribution chamber through the air flow reversing device of the slide valve, so that the air enters the upper end of the cylinder piston or the lower end of the piston, so that the piston can automatically reverse the intake and exhaust pistons to reciprocate within a certain stroke. The lower part of the oil injection pump is the plunger pump, whose power comes from the air pump, and its connecting rod is connected to reciprocate synchronously with the air pump. There are two one-way valves in the plunger pump, one at the oil inlet of the plunger pump, and the oil outlet sleeved at the end of the lifting rod. It is a steel ball valve, which is sealed linearly by a conical surface. Their work is synchronous reciprocating with the oil injection pump. When the plunger rod moves upward, the steel ball valve is closed, and the oil inlet sleeve inserted into the bottom of the barrel is pressed by the piston ring in the barrel against the oil surface, and it is filled with oil. When the lifting plate connected to the lifting rod lifts the oil up, the oil pushes the four-foot valve and closes down, so that the oil in the pump is filled with oil.

(2)      The oil storage cylinder is equipped with a sealed piston ring, which makes the oil in the cylinder press the piston to the oil level under the action of spring pressure, which can isolate pollution and keep the oil clean, and at the same time, it can be fully absorbed by the oil at the delivery pump port.

(3)      Oil gun is a tool used in the operation of oil injection pump. The high-pressure oil discharged from the pump is connected to the high-pressure rubber pipe and transported to the gun. The nozzle of the gun directly kisses the required oil injection point, and the trigger is pulled to inject the oil into the required part.
