(1) No or little oil discharge.

How to connect the power cord of the oil filling machine?

(1) The single pipeline of the oil filling machine should generally be a 1.5-inch galvanized pipe, and both ends of the flange of the pipe should be jumper wires. The whole oil tank and pipeline system should be well grounded, and withstand voltage test should be conducted.

(2) The corner of the pipeline should be as few as possible. Generally, the horizontal distance between the oil filling machine and the underground oil tank should not exceed 30m, and the vertical distance between the low surface of the oil tank and the oil inlet of the oil filling machine should not exceed 6m, so as not to affect the suction.

(3) Add an oil-resistant gasket to the triangular flange between the oil inlet pipe and the oil suction pipe of this machine.

(4) A 1.5-inch one-way valve (double-door bottom valve) should be installed at the bottom of the oil inlet pipe in the oil tank. The lower end of the one-way valve is 10cm away from the bottom of the oil tank. Before installing the one-way valve, the sundries in the oil tank and the one-way valve should be carefully cleaned.

(5) Test the sealing performance of one-way valve with oil, so as to avoid one-way valve blockage and oil leakage when the machine is started.

(6) Don't use two oil filling machine or two oil pumps of double gun oilers share a pipeline branch to supply oil, so as to avoid mutual interference.

(7) If an oil filling machine pumps fuel from two or more oil tanks, a valve should be set. When using, only the valve of the use tank should be opened, and the valves of other tanks should be effectively closed.
