Time gravity filling machine is the most economical type of time filling machine for a limited range of applications.This time filling machine is best suited for liquids with very thin viscosities that do not change with ambient temperature or with batch variation.
The concept behind time filling machines is quite simple. First, liquid is transferred to a holding tank located above a series of valves that are operated by air pressure. The time flow filling machine's main computer controls each valve individually, ensuring that the correct amount of liquid is dispensed into the containers by gravity. This independent timing of each valve guarantees that even minor variations in flow rates are corrected, resulting in precise filling of each container. To maintain consistent pressure and allow for fast and even filling, an automatic product level sensing float system is used to monitor the liquid level. If the liquid level drops, the pump is activated to transfer more liquid to the holding tank, and once the liquid reaches the desired level, the pump is turned off.
This filling machine utilizes Gravity time control technology to achieve precise filling, making it ideal for low viscosity liquids ranging from 50ml to 5000ml.
